Phoenix Conference Photography & Videography

Coverage shaped around your day

Plan for keynote speakers, audience engagement, networking, sponsor recognition, awards and gala celebrations. Discuss presentation recordings, event highlights and portraits as part of your coverage request.

Tell us whether you need a recap film, individual presentation recordings, sponsor content or a portrait station. Your proposal will specify coverage and deliverables. Final photographs and included video are delivered within 15 working days after your event.

Planning your photography and video

Share the agenda, number of rooms, session times and intended use of the content. Presentation audio, venue permissions, crew needs and overlapping sessions should be agreed before the conference.

Based in the Phoenix area, we discuss travel and venue arrangements when planning your project. Contact OB Cinema at (623) 760-6436.

Questions before booking

Can I book photography and video together?

Yes. Our hybrid service means one provider handles photography and videography, so you do not need to hire them separately. Your proposal confirms the coverage, crew and deliverables for your project.

How much does coverage cost?

Explore our event collection for starting options, or request a proposal for your date, schedule and coverage needs.

When will the finished content arrive?
